Porsche SE, is raising the annual bonus of its workers by 15 percent, or 800 euros (~$1,347), for being more productive. While Porsche has yet to announce their fiscal-year revenue, they have actually had a gain in sales in the 10 months through May to 6.02 billion euros. Their latest Cayenne SUV helped bolster sales by 47 percent.

Our take? Would an American corporation ever do this? No. They’ll sooner fire you as “cost cutting” measures so their CEO can get a bigger bonus. (And folks wonder why the UAW's still around.) If you’re more productive, that productivity disappears into a corporate black hole.
